Russian Resurrection LLC. was established in 2012. Its main purpose is to promote national films through participation in international film festivals, film markets, film weeks; the company is also involved in film and TV production.
FOUNDER OF COMPANY
The founder and CEO of the company is Dmitry Davidenko. He is a film critic, producer, and defended his dissertation on censorship in Soviet cinema.
The film "Gerda" directed by Natalia Kudryashova was a participant of the 74th International Film Festival in Locarno. The film received the Prize for "Best Actress" and the Special Prize of the Youth Jury.
The Russian Russerection company is doing joint documentary projects with a German company Schmidt & Paetzel Fernsehfilme Gmbh for the ARD (Das Erste) TV channel.

In 2012, Russian Resurrection LLC., supported by Federal Fund for Social and Economic Support to National Cinematography (Cinema Fund), organized and ensured participation and promotion of national films in the Russian Resurrection Russian film festival in Australia and the World Festival of Animation Film in Varna (Bulgaria).
Russian Resurrection LLC has been on an ongoing basis involved in organization of the Russian Film Festival Resurrection Russian in Australia and New Zeland, since 2012.
In 2016 and 2018, supported by the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the company organized nonprofit film events Russian Film Week in Armenia in Yerevan, Gyumri, and Abovyan.
The company has been involved in creation of 7 documentary and 12 fictional films.
